Services for Families & Caregivers
Parents of gifted children often need support to navigate parenting and advocate for their child's needs.

Bright and Beyond can assist parents to understand the unique and sometimes challenging behaviours and emotions of their gifted children, as well as fill a social void in this often isolated experienced.

We also often assist parents to advocate for their child's needs with the school. This often includes attending meetings with parents to assist with advocacy and supporting the school with planning for students' needs.
It takes a village to raise a gifted child.

Services for Children & Adolescents
Bright and Beyond provides tuition, mentoring and acceleration support.

short-term tuition for highly, exceptionally and profoundly gifted students, such as during a transition for acceleration. Gifted students require qualitatively different learning opportunities. Bright and Beyond offers tuition for highly, exceptionally and profoundly gifted students to support and extend their interests and learning needs.

1:1 mentoring sessions for highly+ gifted students may take the form of understanding giftedness or managing tricky behaviours such as big emotions, perfectionism, and procrastination.

support during the acceleration decision-making process by providing an experienced voice. Acceleration is an excellent intervention for the right student, so planning and ongoing support is key and an experienced 'case-manager' invaluable.

At Bright and Beyond we know that gifted and high potential students require specialised support in order for them to flourish and achieve their potential. Through our three tiered approach we are able to support the family, the student, and the school to succeed.
Sadly, we know that many gifted children and adolescents do not achieve to their potential. Without knowledge of Gifted Education it is easy to misunderstand the needs of gifted people. Misunderstandings can lead to underachievement, behavioural issues, misdiagnoses, affective damage, and reduced outcomes in life.
Our highly trained and experienced consultants provide you with the tools and strategies to help you to understand the unique needs of your children or students to help them fly.
We also understand that not all school leaders are trained in Gifted Education and need guidance to implement Gifted Education successfully. Bright and Beyond has supported many schools through auditing, bespoke program design, instructional and growth coaching, and whole-school professional learning.

Do you need a Gifted Education Trained & Experienced Consultant?
Our Principal Consultant and business owner, Helen Baber, is a highly experienced
and qualified specialist gifted education teacher, leader, and consultant.
She has nearly four decades of experience in education, with 25 of those specialising in gifted education.
Despite this, Helen doesn't claim to be 'an expert' as she is a life-long learner
actively seeking deeper understanding and greater skills to better support students, parents, teachers and schools.
